Yes, it's time for the 25 word story challenge entries! YAY!!!

Trina, creator of Woven Chains Jewelry submitted this awesome story.

"The close call"
by Trina

"Horns blaring, tires squealing. Eyes closing, arms waving. Cars stopping, tears starting. You asking, “Is everyone alright?”

Natasha, creator of DoodleStar, created this story.
"Tomorrow"

"He sat at the table - candles melting, dinner cooling - till his eyes closed and first light broke on the horizon of a lonely, new day."

Great job Trina and Natasha. I'm impressed. 25 words or less is really hard.

Thanks for the compliments, everyone. This was a real challenge for me - writing has always been something I've avoided. I had a great time, and am looking forward yo many more.

Natasha, I loved your story, the prompt and the whole idea. Keep 'em coming, pretty-please. ;)

trina and natasha - excellent! wow, who knew you could have such impact with so few words! in this case, less is more...for sure!

i didn't forget about this, but with 3 kids home from school all week, there just wasn't enough time. hope to play on this next time...although it is definitley outside of my comfort zone.
