The second one just reminded me of the story, The Sneetches, by Dr Seuss because I thought, "if people don't have color to separate themselves into groups, they will find something else".

Yeah, I want both, too . . .but if I HAD to pick one, maybe I'd pick uniting the races . . .maybe if we truly lived more hand-in-hand with each other, we wouldn't feel the urge to overfish, etc. . .
