I can never decide which one of these choices I want, they all look so lovely, fun, delicious.
I'm going to have to go with the beach option this time as I've had a very busy morning and am in need of a nap!
Beach, beach, beach. No question.
Second day in a row where the power's unexpectedly been off for hours at a time... finally back now, thank goodness, since it was getting HOT in here! (Nope, a/c still broken, but the fans work!) Now, we "just" have to get our water heater fixed--most likely buy a new one.
Yep, going to the beach sounds good about now! :D

Absolutely, totally, 100%, without a doubt, flying high above the ground in a hot air balloon. Does it get any better than that?!?

I'd have to say lying on the beach. I think the ocean is such an incredible creation. I love to hear the sound of the waves and look out into the never ending water and waves. I don't get to see the ocean much since I live in the middle of the country. Last time I was anywhere near a body of water bigger than a puddle was 4 years ago!
I don't like heights, so I'll take that beach with a big bottle of sunscreen!

Beach, definitely. While I love being in the air, I've always done it in airplanes, and I'm just not sure how I'd care for the ride.
Ntm, 5a is an hour to stay up to, not awaken at, in my not particularly humble opinion! :-D
Besides, balloons are so pretty to watch from the ground, all the colors & patterns & all. :-)

JanetDavies - I am 100% with you...it's hard to decide because both seem like such fun but I'm going for the beach ...to lay in the sand, listening to waves and feel the warm sun while reading or better yet napping would a much needed slice of heaven
Oh Amanda - I SOOO wish you lived closer so I could invite you over to indulge in a little a/c!! I hope everything is working/fixed now ...and I'm with ya ...the beach...oh the beach would make me SUPER happy right now

Phoenix - superb idea..although I suggested to Trina that we take a balloon ride to the beach I dig the idea of watching them from the sand as well ...while listening to the waves....is anyone else grabbing their bathing suit and a bag because I'm ready to go now!

MooreMagnets!! How are you?? So awesome to see you here!! I have never been scuba diving but REALLY want to...I'll come to the beach via balloon with Trina, scuba with you, watch balloons from the beach with Phoenix and drink with everyone...I LOVE this
while I have occasionally dreamed of soaring in a hot air balloon, it's still beachbeachbeachbeachbeach for me, no contest.
I float in my backyard pool (8ft across and 18 inches deep), water flecked with bloated grasshoppers and assorted slimy things, and imagine I'm at that sandy beach, in those crystal clear waters. Yes, my imagination gets quite a workout . . but I close my eyes and I'm almost there. Now if I could only banish the smell of chlorine bleach, jugs of which I pour into my little oasis, in a feeble attempt to banish the slimy squigglers . . oh, where's a cabana boy when you need one???
Hot air balloon, for sure. Mostly because I've never been in one.
I love the beach, but in the Cleveland area I'm lucky to be able to go anytime. Being way up in the air is much more of a novelty.

Otherwise, definitely the beach! But, I'd probably be in the water a lot - I love swimming in the ocean, a real treat for this desert mouse.
A beach party would be fun!! then we can all nap - then get up and start all over again!!! :)

Hello Everyone!
Your wishes are my commands. I shall commence at once to round up as many cabana boys as I can. Will keep you posted on my progress. (In order to assure quality service from aforementioned CBs, I shall need to conduct lengthy interviews, won't I?)
