Happy Thanksgiving!

Hello my friends! How are you? Are you preparing for Turkey Day? What are you doing? Where will you be celebrating? What are you giving thanks for this year?

It has been a LONG haul. I can tell you with absolute certainty that when we left our home on October 31st I never anticipated how challenging the move ahead of us. would be. I have learned so much about myself and my little family in the last few weeks. This has been one of the greatest learning experiences of my life. There is much I want to share and I will as time goes on but I'm just getting set up again so it may take a little time. For now, I'd like to share a few things I'm very grateful for this year.

I'm grateful for...

-the roof over my head
-the amazing, generous, loving family and friends in my life (including you)
-coloring with my daughter (because it's one of the little things that helps to make
this place feel a little like home)
-the ability of my husband and I to find laughter even in the most chaotic, tense moments
-the ability to play when life gets to serious

I will be starting the TST again after Thanksgiving weekend so I have a question for YOU. The time between Thanksgiving and Christmas can be insane. There is just so much to do for work, family, etc. Would you prefer that I hold off on new themes till New Years and simply post fun tidbits till then or do you want challenges amid the holiday season?

Personally, I know between unpacking and trying to prep for the holidays I won't have time to do the themes but if you like I'd be happy to post them so let me know.

Thank you for all your patience, understanding, care, love and support you have sent my way. You have no idea how much it helped during some truly crazy moments. LOL...ah life what a freaking adventure.

Write, tell me how you are and from my family to yours Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

Love :)

Personally, I'd vote for to save new themes for the new year. The time between Thanksgiving and Christmas is typically insane for me.

Just my 2 cents.

It's great to have you back here in the blogging world. You've been missed.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Good to see you back, Natasha. Personally, I know it's not likely I will participate if you do themes. Partly because of time constraints, but mostly because I am taking the time to step back, re-assess my shop, my art, and what I can do to increase my sales. Or is it all worth it?? All my crazy running, promoting and stressing the past few months has paid off only very marginally, and I can't keep it up. So FOCUS-FOCUS is sorely needed.

I sent you an email awhile back. Did you get it? Would love to know if I'm right!

((Hugs)) Glad you survived the move!

Participate until January is what I meant!

Hello!! Its so nice to hear from you Jodi and Felicia. Jodi, how are you? How is your family? Thank you! It's nice to be back and Happy Thanksgiving.

Felicia, you have had so much on your plate - taking a little time is good. And no matter what you decide the world needs your work ;) Yes I got the email and yes you were right I will be writing soon hehehe I agree with you both - I need time to focus on the holidays and my fam. I will post fun things here but a break would be awesome. Happy Thanksgiving!!

Oh my, it is soooooooooooo good to hear from you, Natasha. I was just on the edge of worrying about you . . .I'm so glad you and your dear family are settling into your new home.

Regarding themes for the rest of this year, I personally would like to have TST back--it would actually HELP me get through this season. But, that said, I would rather wait until YOU are able to participate in the themes, too. So, my overall vote is to have you not post themes until you can play along with us.

So much love you to you, Natasha. I can't believe it's been almost a year since Amanda introduced me to you and TST. What an incredible difference you have made in my life.

Thanks, Natasha. Don't worry - I won't be abandoning TST. And I'm glad I was right!

Have a wonderful holiday with your family.

Greetings!

If anything, I'd suggest one longer theme like you did earlier this year and maybe keep it fluid enough that it could fit in w/what folk are doing???

This time of year is very weird for me, so I try not to promise too much. I'm also hoping that this year since I'm better set up in my shops that there will be some hollydays sales to deal with as well. :-D

But def. will be here to play & post as I can, through the hollydays and beyond. :-)

Happy Thanksgiving! :-)

Well I was going to say that I was fairly free but I just found out that we'll be hosting Christmas for a bunch of relatives I've barely heard of so much cleaning and panic.
Great to see you're settling in though! Have a great thanksgiving!

P.S. Thanks for using the Peanuts Thanksgiving photo! They never show it any more but it always made me happy...and suddenly crave popcorn...

Hello Natasha, Hello Everyone,

I hope you are all having a great Thanksgiving week-end.
I'm going to have a very but very busy time too... Just about finding enough time to do the bare minimum at home.
So yes, I too vote for keeping new themes for New Year. Withdrawal effect will make them even more enjoyable, I'm sure.

Natasha, I missed this post last week in the holiday craziness, so I know I'm late.

As it seems most others would as well, I would be more likely to participate if we wait until after the first of the year.

I know I'd answer some of the great "Would you rather" questions, if they were posted.

On another note, I sent you a package right about the end of October, it hasn't come back to me, did it get to you?

Take care,

Trina

I hope you all had a fantastic thanksgiving. I'm thankful for everyone at TST as well :) Personally I wouldn't be able to participate until the new year, I have a craft show coming up right before the holidays.
I hope everyone finds some time to relax for the holiday!
